Dr Elamin brings nearly thirty years of medical, surgical and clinical leadership to Medical Wellness London. His background spans trauma and orthopaedic surgery and NHS emergency medicine, including service as an NHS Consultant in Emergency Medicine.
He now holds advanced expertise in regenerative medicine, aesthetic medicine and hair restoration, and leads the clinical direction of the centre. He is known for clinical precision, patient-centred care, safety and natural-looking results.

Dr Mokhtar is a CCT-qualified GP and a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners, with nearly twelve years of clinical experience across the UK, Ireland, the UAE and Pakistan.
His expertise covers care for children, adults and older patients, including acute illness, long-term conditions and mental health. He is fluent in English and Arabic, and known for a calm, compassionate, patient-centred approach.
